These terms cover your use of the BenchGrip.eu website and its enquiry form. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

2. What this site is

BenchGrip.eu presents the BenchGrip microfibre fitness towel and lets you ask how to buy it. The site is not a web shop. You cannot place an order or pay here. Sending an enquiry does not create a purchase contract, and it does not oblige you or us to buy or sell anything. Any sale is agreed separately, and the terms of that sale (price, delivery, your consumer rights) will be given to you before you commit.

3. Using the enquiry form

• Give accurate details and use your own contact information.
• Do not send spam, unlawful, abusive or misleading content, malware, or anything that is not a genuine enquiry.
• Do not use automated tools to submit the form or to get around the bot check or any other protection.

We may block submissions or access that breach these rules. How we handle your details is explained in the Privacy Policy.

4. Product information

We try to describe BenchGrip accurately. The images on this site are illustrations, not photographs of the product, and may differ from the real item in colour, shape and detail. How well the towel holds in use depends on the bench, how much you sweat and how you use it. Nothing on the site is a guarantee or a legal warranty beyond your rights under the law.

5. Intellectual property

The BenchGrip name, the text, illustrations, design and code of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site and share its link. You may not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and correct but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intent or gross negligence, and nothing limits your rights as a consumer.

The site may link to other websites, for example to a regulator or to Cloudflare’s policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

We may update these terms or the site at any time. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies when you use the site.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
